DTF (Direct to Film) Transfers

Our DTF Transfers come on a clear film transfer transparency, have a lower temperature application of 300 degrees Fahrenheit, and are HOT PEEL! No more waiting for the print to cool before you peel of the film!

These work on garments that are 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, and Cotton/Poly Blends!

  1. Pre-press your garment for 7 - 10 seconds to remove any moisture.
  2. Pressing Temp: Cotton - 325 Degrees F // Polyester - 285 Degrees F
  3. Pressing Time: Cotton - 10 Seconds // Polyester - 8 Seconds
  4. Pressure: Heavy/Maximum Pressure
  5. Peel: HOT/Immediately
  6. Optional: For a more matte finish, after removing clear film transperancy, cover with parchment paper and press at 300 degrees F for an additional 5 seconds.

Sublimation Transfers

  • Apparel: Using a garment that is at least 50% polyester, heat your heat press to 400 degrees F. Press transfer for 60 seconds. HOT peel the transfer.
  • Sublimation Blank: Please check the manufacturer's instructions for your specific blank. We are not responsible for improperly pressed transfers.

- We recommend the use of a commercial heat press for these transfers.

- Cover your transfer with butcher paper to protect your press in case of ink transfer.

- We suggest cutting the transfer as close to the design as possible, to help reduce the chance of transfer sheet marks.

- Heat tape will help keep your transfer in place and reduce ghosting.

PLEASE NOTE: There may be a slight color difference between how the designs look on your computer monitor, verses how they look when actually printed. Sublimation transfers will look lighter on the paper than when they are actually pressed on an item.
