TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME, AT MY DISCRESSION, DUE TO ORDER VOLUME.

ORDER PROCESSING

My processing time is the time that it takes me to have an order ready to be shipped.
 

My current processing times are as follows:

  • All RTS (Screen Print Transfers, DTF, & UVDTF) & Sublimation Transfers: 1 - 3 Business Days
  • Preorder Screen Print Transfers & DTF Transfers: 5 - 10 Business Days
  • Preorder UVDTF Wraps/Decals: 5 - 14 Business Days
 Processing time starts the day AFTER you place your order. My processing time is counted from Monday - Friday. Processing time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any U.S. Federal Holiday. Please allow up to the listed Processing Time before sending messages about orders not being shipped.
 
Any orders placed with both RTS items and Preorder items (which have longer processing times) will be shipped TOGETHER, when ALL ITEMS are ready to be shipped. I do not ship partial orders.
 
NOTICE TO PAYPAL USERS: If you use Paypal E-Checks to pay for your order, payments may take anywhere from 6 - 21 days to clear within Paypal. Once payment has cleared, even if this makes your order fall outside of our posted processing time, your order will then be shipped.
 

SHIPPING

For every order, a tracking number is sent to you the morning that your package is to be left with USPS or UPS. Once I hand the package over, I have NO CONTROL over when it is actually delivered. While I wish I could do more, I will see the same information that you do when looking at the tracking information.
 

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please make sure the address you input is complete and correct before submitting your order. By law, all orders must be mailed to the address that you enter at checkout. I am not responsible for packages marked as non-deliverable due to incorrect shipping information. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you (the customer) must contact me via email (hello@krtransfers.com) to request having the order reshipped to you. YOU will be responsible for paying for a new shipping label to have it mailed back out to you. If you do not reach out, your order will simply be cancelled.
 
 

CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, RETURNS, REFUNDS

We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for any reason.
 

DAMAGES AND ORDER ISSUES

Please inspect your items upon receiving them. If any items are defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so that the issue can be evaluated and attended to accordingly.
